Wear a lightly lined bra and take a tape measure and wrap it around the fullest part of your bust. The tape measure should be parallel to the ground and not wrapped too tightly around you.

Wrap the tape measure around your rib cage just under your bust.

Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your hips. Make sure to keep your feet together when doing this to get a more accurate measurement!
